Melissa has been working in the HR, learning and development field for 23 years. She originally started in training and development and then eventually migrated into other areas of HR. Melissa has been with Melling for the past 7 years and loves being able to wear the many hats her job requires.

FAVORITE MOVIE: I don't have a favorite movie. I like watching movies but anymore my memory is terrible and I can't remember them!

FAVORITE VACATION SPOT: Anywhere with a beach and beautiful blue water.

PETS: I have 2 dogs and 2 cats. One of our cats is a 5-month old Maine Coon kitten named Arthur.
