Taking the “Fear” and “Foe” out of Artificial intelligence (AI): Just the Facts!

AI is a broad term that encompasses many different applications and domains of research. Many HR Professionals and Leaders see AI as a friend, a tool that can help us solve problems, enhance our creativity, and improve our lives. Others may see AI as a foe, a threat that can replace human jobs, undermine our values, and endanger our existence.

There is no definitive answer to this question, as AI can be both a friend and a foe, depending on how we

use it, regulate it, and interact with it.

This dynamic and interactive discussion will help attendees:

1. Understand the facts about Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)

2. Remove the “fear factor” and learn how to be aware of the benefits and risks/

3. Learn to engage in ethical, responsible, and inclusive development and use of AI.
